2. How your Personal Data is Used

Use of your personal data is necessary for legitimate interests and business purposes which are proportionate and that respect your privacy rights. Such uses, for example, are:

  • To communicate with you regarding services for which you expressed interest. This may include communication regarding related services.

Our periodic newsletter is provided to you only after your consent. Each newsletter covers topics related to our services and is provided every one to four months. You can use unsubscribe in the email newsletter or send your unsubscribe request to privacy@agileblendedservices.com.

We do not use SMS communication or automated calling systems. Email communications from us will always have an address ending in @agileblendedservices.com.

3. Exercising your Personal Data Privacy Rights

You are the one who controls your personal data. As such you may send us a request for obtaining a copy, updating, amending, usage objection, restriction, porting of, or erasure of your personal data. In addition you may request confirmation regarding whether your Data is included in our data processing.

An objection request, for example, may be an inquiry regarding a change you would prefer in direct marketing content or in related services determination and communication. An objection request may be an unsubscribe from receiving either periodic direct marketing offer emails, our newsletters or both.

A restriction request is your request that we not erase your data. Such restriction request must be received before our legitimate interest period expires per our data retention policy.

We rely on your consent before sending our newsletter. After providing consent, you can object by withdrawing your consent (i.e. unsubscribe) at any time.

Your request to exercise any of the above right(s) may be sent to privacy@agileblendedservices.com using the email address you provided to us. In response to your request we will either:

  • Provide an email that contains a link by which you perform the request yourself.

  • Provide an email indicating completion or status of performing the requested action.

  • Seek clarification or confirmation of the request when we see ambiguity.

Example ambiguities: A request is sent from an email address that is not on file with us. Personal data in the request is different from personal data that was originally provided.

The above mentioned clarification path results in no response from us if we, at our sole discretion, are unable to verify your identity relative to the personal data request.

The confirmation path is used when there are potentially resolvable doubts regarding your identity relative to the personal data request. Verified requests are responded to within 20 days or earlier to indicate either completion or the status of the request. A Data erasure request is dependent on legal obligations to which we are subject. Legal obligation may cause need to retain the Data.
